Friday...

I've done a couple of bootcamps this week. Today I warmed up with 30 lunges, and 2 min swings with the 12kg kb. For my work out I did 10 minute push press set. 8kg and 12rpm. Then I did a 4 min push press set. 12kg and 12rpm. Then I did a cool down with 1 min slingshots, and some stretching. Tomorrow I think I'm gonna throw in some cardio.
