Technologically blocked...

Yesterday I did a quick 2 minute warm up with the 16kg bell doing some swings. Then for my workout I did a 6 minute oalc push press with the 12kg bell. I followed it up with some light stretching. Unfortunately all this technology stuff has been occupying my time. So tomorrow will be bootcamp, and the next day too. woohoo!
