today's workout...
warm up:
25 squats
1 minute plank
10 pushups
workout:
10 minute set oalc
2 rounds of - 2 minute bottoms up cleans
cool down:
50 lunges
1 minute plank
wrapped it up with 15 minutes yoga, focusing on similar areas from yesterday...
